By using Wai Sense you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service
Sport/health tracking, sensors, wearables, AI insights, and map features provided via the WHT AI ecosystem. Features may evolve over time.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for account activity. Access may require a valid WAI membership or a WHT Sense account.
5. Acceptable use
No abuse, unauthorized access, or unlawful content permitted within the app platform.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content and features are owned by WHT Technology / WHT AI or its licensors.
7. Liability
Service is provided "as is" to the full extent permitted by law.
